Mix, Selecta Chocolates and Specialitá, brands from the Brazilian multinational Duas Rodas that operate in the confectionery and chocolate market, will be present with a stand at the Experience Cake Art Nordeste, which takes place between the 29th and 31st of August, at the João Convention Center Pessoa, in the capital of Paraíba.

The brands prepared a series of exclusive attractions for the public. There will be more than 20 classes, live shows presented by nationally renowned personalities in the world of confectionery, an exhibition of sculpted cakes, chocolate sculptures, tasting of Chantilinho, Chantimallow, Namur Chocolates and Supreme Toppings, and the exclusive launch of the Skin Tones Collection of Soft Gel food colors.

“Experience Cake Art is one of the main events and showcases for the sector in the Northeast region. It is the place where professionals who make a living from confectionery and artisanal transformers participate to check out the most current products, techniques, utensils and all kinds of news. Therefore, all activities and attractions were designed for the development and qualification of this sector”, highlights the Confectionery and Chocolate Marketing Manager at Duas Rodas, Marco Paulo Pereira Henriques.

Show classes and personalities

During the three-day event, the Mix, Selecta Chocolates and Specialitá stand will have an exclusive program with live demonstrations of techniques, recipes and tips taught by a team of 11 renowned professionals in the world of confectionery, including: Fabiano Tchunnay, finalist from the last Bake Off Brasil; Luis Toledo, finalist in the Battle of Confectioners Brazil; and cake designers and mentors Silvaneide Alves, Gabriela Medeiros and Iasmyn Montenegro.

Flowers and bows, Fine chocolate sweets, Half moon cake decorated with whipped cream, Colorful and decorated sweets, Chocolate origami cake, Floral cake, Vintage cake decoration, Gingerbread for Halloween, Children’s cake in 2D and 3D and Decorated Candy Chocolate Lollipops are just some of the themes of the show classes that will be presented at the stand.

Ethnic diversity present in the Skin Tones Collection

Unprecedented on the national market, Mix’s Skin Tones Collection of soft gel food colors aims to reflect the ethnic and cultural plurality of the Brazilian population. With six different colors, the Collection seeks to promote inclusion and representation in national confectionery.

Due to its exclusive color palette, the collection also allows you to carry out more complex work, such as houses, roofs and even parts of nature, like trees and roads. With a high pigmentation content and excellent fixation, the Skin Tones Collection will be sold in economical 25g packaging.

Mix, together with Selecta Chocolates, is one of the official sponsors of Xêro de Brasil, the biggest reality show within a fair. The Duas Rodas brands are present with their products in this attraction that promotes a live competition between confectioners from all over the country.
