Novelty arrives with three ideal products to manufacture differentiated ice creams, in addition to fillings and toppings that can be used in the confectionery sector.
Specialitá, a brand of the Duas Rodas group recognized for the production of ingredients for the preparation of high added value gelatos and ice creams, has just presented its new line to the market. This is the Specialitá Crema, whose portfolio includes the flavors Peanut Cream with Pieces, Hazelnut Cream with Cocoa and Milk Cream.
With products that deliver intense and characteristic flavor, in addition to an even more dense and creamy texture, the new line has arrived to complement the collection of Specialitá Chocolat Ganache. Used mainly for ice cream, gelato, popsicle and milk-shake blends and toppings, these ingredients also stand out in the confectionery market, in sweet and cake fillings and toppings.
“The launches attract attention both for their unique and striking flavor and for their pastier formulation. Besides counting with a differentiated creaminess, the new products attends to the sensorial experience that consumers expect”, evaluates Marco Paulo Pereira Henriques, marketing manager of Duas Rodas.
Also according to the executive, in order to understand the expectations of these customers in relation to the new flavors, the multinational conducted several market researches. “We develop these novelties based on consumer trends. In this process, we realized studies to analyze the sensations that the launches bring to people”, tells Marco.
Specialitá Crema Line: fillings with striking flavors and creaminess in the right measure.
Hazelnut Cream with Cocoa Specialitá Crema: the release features intense and unmistakable notes of chocolate with hazelnut, in addition to soft texture and excellent applicability. The product was developed with the ideal characteristics to be used in sophisticated formulations of ice cream, milk shakes and confectionery.
Peanut Cream with pieces Specialitá Crema: The novelty has a sophisticated and intense flavor, which stands out for its crunchy peanut pieces and creamy texture. The product allows excellent combinations in ice cream and confectionery recipes.
Milk Cream Specialitá Crema: the new product brings to the market the authentic taste of powdered milk. In addition, the formulation stands out for offering an excellent texture, excellent yield and versatility, since it can be used in both, ice cream and in different types of sweets.
