Duas Rodas brand debuts in the chocolate market and launches 26 new SKUs specially developed to serve the channel during the Mara Cakes Fair 2024 event
São Paulo, April 2024 – Recognized in the confectionery market for the quality of its products, Mix announces the expansion of its portfolio with product lines and packaging especially aimed at the food service market. The launches, which will be presented at Mara Cakes Fair 2024, materialize the entry of the Duas Rodas brand in the chocolate product category.
In all, there are 26 new SKUs in six product lines: premium toppings, ganache creams, bakeable fillings, emulsifier for confectionery, yeast and fat-soluble flavors.
Mix debuts the Bakeable Filling line with 9 flavors: Chocolate with Hazelnut, Semisweet Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, White Chocolate, Doce de Leite, Guava, Paçoca [Brazilian peanut fudge], Mixed Berries and Milk.
Performing very well in sweet pizzas, croissants and products that require filling, the products stand out for their flavor and creaminess, as well as being easy to apply and providing excellent yields. They are also recommended for use in pastries, churros, pies, muffins and baked goods in general.
The Premium Chips Toppings line from Mix makes it debut in four flavors: Milk Chocolate, White Chocolate, Semisweet Chocolate and Chocolate Blend. The products stand out for their perfect melting smoothness, shine and greater yield in recipes.
They are great to use in fillings and toppings of cakes and pies, truffles, bonbons, petit gateau, fondue, honey buns, alfajores, Easter eggs, cookies, sweets and desserts in general. The product is sold in 2.010kg packages.
The stars of many recipes, Mix Ganache Creams come onto the market with an intense milk and cacao flavor, great yield and shine for toppings and fillings. The flavors Milk Chocolate, White Chocolate and Semisweet Chocolate are sold in 4kg packages.
The products can be used in fillings and toppings of cakes and pies, truffles, bonbons, petit gateau, fondue, honey buns, alfajores, Easter eggs, cookies, sweets and desserts in general.
The Mix Fat-soluble Flavors line comes in seven popular flavors, which will make the recipes of confectionery and chocolates even tastier: Hazelnut, Coffee, Lime, Mint, Honey Bun, Truffle and Mixed Berries.
Ingredients can be used in a wide variety of products, such as fillings, cakes and pies, truffles, chocolates, honey buns, alfajores, Easter eggs, biscuits, breads, sweets and desserts in general.
Another of Mix’s great new products for the market is the launch of an emulsifier specially developed for confectionery and bakery products. With a pleasant vanilla flavor with no aftertaste, the Emulsifier promotes aeration and volume in the dough, providing optimum softness and lightness.
Used to prepare confectionery, providing high yield, more stability and aeration, in addition to improving the texture and consistency, the product comes in 1kg and 200g packages.
The brand also launches the first Mix Chemical Yeast, which stands out for its practicality and fast acting when baking, resulting in an aerated product and optimum softness. Sold in 1kg packages, it is perfect for dough, cake, pie and biscuit recipes.
