Mix Ambassador Beca Milano attends Experience Cake Lagos

The stand that brings together the Mix, Selecta Chocolates and Specialitá brands also features cake designers Camilo Santos and Fabiano Tchnnay, and offers classes on Organic Paste Painting Technique and Bass Relief Decoration in Ganache

Mix, Selecta Chocolates and Specialitá, brands of the Brazilian multinational company Duas Rodas that operate in the baking and chocolates market, are present at the 1st edition of Experience Cake Lagos, the largest Baking Fair in the Lagos region, in Rio de Janeiro. The event takes place in Araruama, on March 22 and 23, and has full interaction with the public, including a cake competition and exhibition, class arenas and conferences.

In addition to product demonstrations, the Duas Rodas stand will feature cake designers Camilo Santos and Fabiano Tchnnay, winner and finalist of the last Bake off Brasil, respectively, and professionals Elizete Garrão and Rose Gomes, who will give a cake class on Organic Paste Painting Technique and Bass Relief Decoration in Ganache.

Highlight of the Experience Cake Lagos program, Mix ambassador and pastry chef, Beca Milano, participates in the “Entrepreneurship and its Trajectory” conference. After the talk, the pastry chef will be available at the brand’s booth to meet visitors.

The following week, March 27, Mix and its ambassador arrive in Curitiba for Beca Cake, the first ever event designed by the chef to unite pastry chefs and those passionate about making sweets and cakes for their family. The event will be an immersion course into the sweet universe of baking with talks, demonstration classes and a cake competition, sponsored by Mix.

With a degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry, Beca decided to apply her knowledge to baking. In 2012, she dove into the segment and graduated in Pâtisserie and Boulangerie. After that she took countless courses in the most diverse areas of baking until she specialized in decoration techniques in sugar and chocolate.

The Mix ambassador, in addition to being a pastry chef, is a judge on the reality show Bake Off Brasil.
